Google Document AI handles the optical character recognition (OCR), extracting raw text from even the most complex scanned PDFs and photos. Then Claude AI by Anthropic β a frontier large language model β parses and structures the data, identifying dates, descriptions, amounts, and balances with human-level comprehension.
