- Can I change plans at any time?
- Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. When you upgrade, the new plan takes effect immediately. When you downgrade, the change applies at the start of your next billing cycle.
- Do unused pages roll over to the next month?
- No, unused pages do not roll over. Your page allocation resets at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or annually). This keeps pricing simple and predictable for everyone.
- What counts as a page?
- Each page of a PDF, each image or photo, and each spreadsheet file (CSV or Excel) counts as one page. A 5-page PDF bank statement uses 5 pages from your quota. Spreadsheet files count as 1 page regardless of the number of rows.
- Is there a contract or commitment?
- No. All plans are pay-as-you-go with no long-term contracts. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Annual plans are billed upfront for the year and provide a cost saving over monthly billing.
- What payment methods do you accept?
